Allison (Ali) Cotto, MSc, OTR/L grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, in 2018. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, Ali has proudly served patients throughout Florida, providing compassionate, evidence-based care across neonatal intensive care (NICU), acute care, and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
Ali is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve greater independence, confidence, and quality of life through personalized occupational therapy. Her clinical interests include functional rehabilitation, newborn developmental consultations, caregiver education and support, home safety, and wellness coaching. She believes that effective therapy begins with understanding each person’s unique goals and creating individualized treatment plans that empower patients to participate in the activities that matter most.
